Is this homework?  The questions are somewhat random.

    1.  False.  To fly a RNAV 1 procedure (SID / STAR) you must have the flight director working properly.  The flight director must also be engaged to follow the GPS nav source no later than 400′ AGL.  Reference 90-100A

    5.  It depends on the approach.  If it is a LPV or LNAV/VNAV then the autopilot should be capable of capturing the VNAV path and following it down.  At DA, if you don’t have the required visuals then you must go around.  That is legal.  If it is a LNAV only approach, you can still capture the VNAV path but you will have to make sure you can level the airplane out at MDA.  There are different techniques in the airplanes I fly to accomplish that.  Most likely, the autopilot following the VNAV path won’t automatically level the airplane at the altitude select altitude (MDA).

It should be noted that I do not fly a Cessna Citation.

    5.  This should be covered in the AFMS for installation of the WAAS GPS for the aircraft in question.  It will list any autopilot limitations.
