Do you have a C-152 POH?

The POH I have for a 1980 model says the MTOW is 1,670lbs. Subtract the empty weight, pilot and pax weight, and baggage weight, and you have 155lbs free. 155 divided by 6 (lbs per gallon of gas) is 25.8 gallons that can be carried.

BTW, that just shows that the weight is within limits. You’ll have to do the moment calculations to see if the CG is within limits.
