Sporty’s makes a comprehensive, fun to watch DVD set.  I happen to own a copy and find it covers just about everything that you need to know.  They actually walk you through an IFR flight step by step, from the weather brief to shut down.  It also allows you to test yourself with quizes that you can take after each subject matter.
If you want to check it out you need to order the Sporty’s, “Instrument Rating Course.”  It is a bit pricey but what isn’t when it comes to aviation, lol.
