I have ME,Inst,comm. Can I get a CFI, with no single engine comm.? Thanks.

    Yes.  You can get a Certified Flight Instructor certificate issued with an airplane category and multi-engine class rating based on your current certifications.  Instrument instruction rating can be added as well.
    Marketability might be an issue but it can be done.
