Hi. I am , Aviation Manager of a Colombian corporate company.

All planes we have are N registration and we all fly them here with FAA  ATP license.

Now the company just hired a new pilot with a commercial Colombian license and he also has his private FAA license.

Can he fly here in colombia with the FAA private license as a SIC or because this is not a commercial company also as PIC?

    What kinds of planes?
    Do the flights only take place in Colombia or do you fly into other countries?

    Also, is his FAA Private pilot certificate issued based on his Colombian license or is it an unrestricted certificate?
