Looking for CFI outsdie of US who can do biennial review

Hi I have CPL license from USA (aircrft cessna 172),I am currently residing in India and I will need a biennial to stay current on my FAA certificate. Is there a possibility I can do it outside US since my visa expired. I am looking for CFI who can conduct biennial review outside USA.
