Commercial Complex hours getting added to multi engine rating add on

Asked by: 1015 views Commercial Pilot

Using complex time of 10 hours  of multi engine during the commercial single engine rating . Can we use the same hours for getting the multi engine add on after getting commercial single engine rating and by only adding 10 hours of simulator for multi along with it .
Can it be eligible for checkride

You may use the ten hours of “complex” time for AMEL training and towards 61.129 for ASEL. Unlike many of the requirements, the “complex” time need not be in ASEL for ASEL Commercial.

Train for AMEL Commercial during the ten hours. Take the ASEL checkride at 250 hours. Do a few practice flights and do AMEL Commercial add on.
