So I am a new CFI without a tailwheel endorsement. My friend owns a C185 TW that he wants to do his checkride in. I told him I'd do his commercial training for him. Is it possible for me to give him training in tricycle gear airplane (Piper archer) and he can do his checkride in the TW. If not what parts of his training can I or can I not do for him and which parts will have to be in the TW aircraft if that's what he chooses to do his checkride?
