Here's my question:
I'm below the outer vail of the Dallas, Class B airspace (outer ring, 110/40) at 3000 msl.
The Class D airspace of the Collins CO RGNL/McKinney (KTKI) is below me (blue dashed ring (sfc to [29]). Flying 3000 ft msl, am I in class E airspace?
