The incident was resolved with counseling, and no further action

hey guys, during one of my flights I entered the class bravo without clearance (by mistake), the tower told me to write a number and to call them as soon as I land, in addition, I filled the ASAP.
after few days FAA inspector contact me and asked me to fill another form.
Later he told me that "There is no enforcement or certificate action.  If you were asked if you have ever been involved in an incident, you would say yes.  The incident was resolved with counseling, and no further action"

My question is, what is the meaning of this? does it written somewhere? how bad it is? does someone have access to this incident? is it gonna disappear one day or would it follow me for the rest of my life?

thank you for your answers, hope I will find peace so I can sleep at night

If you are asking about PRIA or your enforcement records, no. Resolution via the Compliance Program is not an “enforcement action.”
