    Russ is right.. Your CFI will walk yo through it. Really any willing CFI can. The basic process is:

    1. You register for IACRA.
    2. You log into IACRA and fill out the application.
    3. You meet with a CFI who will review your application, verify your identity, and a few other tasks.
    4. You and the CFI both electronically sign the application..
