How long in an IACRA IFR application valid after it has been signed by the reviewing instructor?

Long story short, I graduated my Part 141 school, got all the necessary log book endorsements, and had the instructor who did the end of course flight with me sign off on my IACRA IFR application in February. All paperwork was complete, and I was ready for the checkride. The next day, the virus hit and they shut everything down. No plane rentals, the DPE in my area cancelled all his rides, etc. Fast forward to today in June, I was able to get in touch with the DPE and he is willing to do the check ride provided I take care of the 3 hours training in the last two months rule. I did the dual training but with a different CFI and he endorsed be to take the IFR practical test. When we assumed that we needed to create another IACRA application with updated flight experience times, however IACRA is now telling me that my new CFI cannot review my new application, unless someone at the Part 141 school associates the application with an approved 141 curriculum. The question is, can I use the original Part 141 IFR application from February, which is already signed and ready to go, or must I have the Part 141 school sign the new application.
