ILS RWY 1L at Milwaukee (MKE) – Radials not approved for arrival

The plate for the ILS procedure in subject states:   ‘Procedure NA for arrival on BAE VOR/DME airway radials 085 CW 191’.  Does this mean that the procedure is not approved for arriving from the South East, tracking radials 085 CW 191 inbound?  If that is the case, I would assume that the reason for the restriction is that the FAA does not want the airplanes coming from the South East to do an approximately 180 degree turn on arrival at the BAE VOR to go to the JUTAX IAF.  Is that correct? Thanks

Yes. The size of the turn exceeding standards (maximum 120 degrees under TERPS) is (almost?) always the reason for this very common note.

Just in case, it means that the BAE 143 radial feeder is not usable when arriving there from those directions. It does not mean that the whole procedure is not usable.
