Unable to answer without further information.

What kind of pilot certificate do you currently hold?
What is your piloting experience like?
What type of airplane is your boss looking at? (At least general type – jet, piston, single-engine, multi-engine, etc.)
How many hours do you have in that type or similar type of aircraft?
And of course, perhaps most importantly, what country are you in? (We get lots of foreign pilots’ questions here, so it’s a good thing to ask.)
