FAA Regulations
FAR 61.129 requires 10 hours of training in an airplane that has a retractable landing gear, flaps, and a controllable pitch propeller in order to apply for a single engine land commercial pilot certificate. Is there anything that prevents one from from satisfying this requirement using a multi-engine airplane?
