After reaching clearance limit via IFR flight plan, easiest way to reverse route through Bravo without landing and filing again?

Hello,

So tomorrow I'm planning an IFR flight through Chicago's O'Hare bravo airspace. I only want to do an approach/touch and go at the destination airport, and immediately return to my original departure airport. What would be the best way to pick up IFR clearance to get through the Bravo after the touch and go?

File IFR as a round robin with you origin as your destination and your tng airport as s waypoint. Add \”tng at xxxxl\” in the remarks. Remind the last Approach controller before the tng.
