ICAO ANNEX 10

I looked up ICAO ANNEX 10 volume 1 to look up where they state about standards to qualify for the precision approaches, and I came across numerous mathematical formulas that are really hard to understand.

I know that the approach has to meet standards specified in annex10 but can anyone provide with clue or pages relevant to standards for PA?
