every time i have a solo, after 10 min from take off i start to think that im alone here what if something happens I CANT PARK ANYWHERE I WANT its not like a car where you can escape any time you want. which causes more and more fear and my breathing is slow (not hyperventilating) but heavy and tightness in the chest and numb hands and feet. which results in a panic attack plz i need help to solve this.

    Have you talked about this to the CFI who soloed you out? Not a medical professional here, just a CFI. It sounds like you are having a lot of anxiety. If you were my student I would not want you to continue soloing until we had a better idea of what was going on. Please talk to your CFI if you haven’t already.
