Rawlins MUNI/Harvey Field (RWL)
RW22, std. w/min. climb of 335' per NM to 7600 or 1400-3 for VCOA.
So the ceiling and visibility are greater than minumus for the runway and I want to fly VCOA. What should I expect if I want to fly it? I first get a clearance from ATC for VCOA (if I'm in controlled airspace), climb in turns around the airport or Navaid facility under VFR, and join the first airway I'm cleared for. Is this all I need to know in order to fly VCOA?
