I use a shared calendar that they are invited to and I put “Not Available” when I’m not and they put their name and create a entry for our dual flights. I use a Mac and iCal but if your on Android I’m sure you can do that too.

I use Google Calendar to schedule a Cherokee that is shared by a bunch of pilots. There are a couple of ways to do it. One way is to create a shared calendar and invite the students to view and change it. The other way is to create a new Google ID and share the Google login info with everyone. If you go the shared calendar route, you can display the calendar on a web page without having to log in. e.g. http://touringmachine.com/Cherokee/CherokeeSchedule.php
