Odd question, but what are the limits of the kollsman window on the Altimeter?

I know this question is a bit odd, but I don't hand access to an aircraft right now and am wondering what is the highest and lowest limits of the kollsman window setting/pressure?

    See the discussion in the AIM 7-2-4 High barometric pressure and 7-2-5 Low barometric pressure. The Kollsman window is normally only adjustable between these values.
