missing airports in logbook

Hi,

I recently lost my detailed logbook for various VFR and IFR cross countries that I did at a flight school over 2 years. It's been almost 2 years since I graduated from the school. I have an electronic copy, but the only problem is that it doesn't cover the in-between destinations for XCs, so I only have my home airport in the logbook. Logging XC time in the logbook without any airport >50nm to back up claimed XC hours may seem suspicious, especially when I go on to interview with employers in the future. The flight scheduling program account at the flight school is also long gone. I know there is a feature on FlightAware that allows me to track an aircraft's filed XCs, but having flown at least 10 different airplanes for XCs, I would need to pay a ridiculous amount just to get 1 or 2 destination information per plane. Is there any practical solution?

You don’t really have an electronic copy. A copy suggests that it contains the same information as the original.

In order to be considered a logbook entry, 61.51(b) outlines the information that must be recorded. It includes departure and destination.

In the case of a lost logbook, you can reconstruct it in accordance with Order 8900.1 Volume 5, Chapter 2, Section 5, paragraph 5-321.

I’m sure that in hindsight, you see it would have been better to include all the information in the electronic logbook.
