impacts on uncoordinated aircraft?

What are some impacts on aircraft's drag, True airspeed and stall speed which is uncoordinated?

 

This was my CFI interview question.

    When aircraft is uncoordinated drag increase due to aircraft fuselage profile increase toward streamline.

    So just think like you put aircraft in slip to descent faster for landing.
