CFI for BFR in Germany

Asked by: 3021 views Flight Instructor

I am an FAA certified PPL, single/multiengine/glider. I recently moved to Germany, and I know this is going to be an issue, so I am asking early -- are there any CFI's in Germany, preferably in or near Berlin, or in the countries with borders with Germany, who can do a BFR in a single/multi/glider and provide the aircraft? I only have a single seat glider.

I am a CFI-G. I’m moving to Wiesbaden, Germany, next week. So, the short answer to your question would be “yes.” We’d have to work out the logistics. What’s your timeline?

I can do it any time before Dec 20 or so, or after January, but since you are CFI-G we would have to wait for the beginning of the season again, no?
