You are paying money to the school. If you are not satisfied, you have every right to complain. If you hired someone to paint your house and he painted one side and didn’t show up to paint the rest of the house, you would certainly be justified in finding someone else to finish the job. Same thing with your flight instruction.

I’m a CFII single and multi, with experience flying Cessna 400 series freight for over one year, through any and all weather, on time. I have over 5000 hours all over the U.S. and the Devils
    Triangle.
Being a freight Dog is quite a ride. You have to go and be ontime reguardless of the weather, unless the airport you are going to is closed.

If you don’t like your instructor for any reason, get another one, just as you would with a
plummer, doctor, roofer, math teacher, you are the customer, and let me add one thing,
any CFI that thinks yelling at a student is a good idea, should be fired, except if the student
almost kills him by making the same mistake over and over again.
But remember, it’s the student’s job to kill the CFI and it’s the CFI’s job to keep both of you alive.
You only get 700 close calls, and I’ve used all of mine.
