61.189 requires a CFI to keep a record for solo endorsements and written and practical test endorsement. It also says to keep a record of "the results" of each written or practical test. Does that simple mean pass/fail? What do you do?

    Personally – I sign off all written test endorsement under my AGI certificate which doesn’t have the same record keeping requirements….

    For the others – I just take quick picture of the results with my cell phone camera and store them on my computer (I use Evernote)….
