The first thing you need is to get a U.S. Private Pilot certificate based upon your EASA license.

Next, you need to pass the knowledge test.

You may credit any training time you have received in a foreign country towards the requirements for a U.S. Commercial certificate, per 61.41.

You will need to get 3 hours of prep for the checkride from a U.S. instructor and the required endorsements.

Last, you will need to pass the practical test, given by a U.S designated pilot examiner.

If you can find a knowledge testing center, a U.S. instructor and a U.S. DPE in your country, then you can do everything there.
