KAST ILS RWY 26 Astoria RGNL approach plate question

I'm currently looking at the Astoria RGNL (AST) ILS RWY 26 approach plate and there is a x in the holding pattern with a lightning bolt that has (CFLCD).  The only thing that I can find is that it's a computer navigation fix.  Does anyone know where I could go to read more on this.  Or does anyone have a better explanation.

Thanks,

Jesse

There is a discussion of CNFs in the current version of the Instrument Procedures Handbook FAA-H-8083-16 which can be downloaded from http://www.faa.gov

It is a computer navigation fix. The procedure from ZUNAB to ZINKY requires one to fly heading 212 for 2.9 NM till intercepting the localizer and the track the localizer till ZINKY. If you were to use a FMS or GPS, it would need t define the two segments with CFLCD.
