Advisory Circular 61-65(E) has a list of sample logbook endorsements:

AC 61-65E Certification: Pilots and Flight and Ground Instructors

Look on page 29 of the PDF or Appendix 1 from the TOC.

Another tool / book which references these endorsements is the “Flight Instructor Lesson Plan Handbook” by Ed Quinlan which is currently sold out:

    http://www.aviatorspublishing.com/pid-65-lesson-plans.html?askacfi

This book list the same endorsements as referenced in that AC but also includes sample lesson plans, well, for everything.  If you talk to any CFI which has used this book they all swear by it (including myself) My understanding is the 2nd revision of this book will be printed shortly.

    Paul,
Thanks a lot.  The AC is great but the book you recommended is what I was looking for.
    Again thanks.
