Area Forecast – What Does BKN CI Tell You About Expected Cloud Height?

What does BKN CI tell you about expected cloud height in an Area Forecast? I know that BKN means broken and CI means cirrus. What does it tell you about height of the cirrus?

    mmosier1, What are cirrus clouds and where are they found? The answer to that will answer your question.

    So they are above 20,000 feet. I thought that’s what it meant but wasn’t sure.
