Conduct a ipc

Hi,

can i as an cfi-i conduct an ipc, when im not current in instrument myself? 

My cfi is current, and the condition wil be vfr.

    One thing to keep in mind. If you are not instrument current, you may not file an instrument flight plan, even in visual conditions. If your client is instrument current, he may file.
