Hello All,
I was wondering if I would be considered "acting as a crewmember" if I were to use the radio on a flight:
1. That was part 135.
2. Flight was legally "single pilot" per plane requirements & OPSPEC
3. Was carrying passengers.
4. In uniform.
5. Hold a commercial certificate.
6. Not typed in aircraft which requires a type rating.
Thanks for any help.
