Sporty’s Online Ground School Review

Asked by: 7350 views Student Pilot

I'm a soon to be student pilot and wanting to get a leg up on ground school basically just to save money. I took a young eagles flight a few years ago and found out I could get sportys ground school for free, so my question is that a credible place for training or is it even worth the time?

Well Sporty’s ground school is actually $389 so if you can really get it for free I would say to go ahead and do it. But I think that the free portion does not include the online training which by itself is $249, and requires you to be online.
If you are looking for an inexpensive way to learn all the material required to pass both the oral portion of your checkride and the written exam I would suggest taking a look at our free demo for the private pilot at:
    http://passfaaexams.com/free-pvt-written-demo-download/
Our software is only $89 and covers all the knowledge required by a private pilot license in a fun interactive way that will keep you entertained for the full duration of over 10 hours.

Sporty’s price has dropped to $200 for the full ground school.
