CFII Add On tasks

I have my CFI-A and I'm preparing for my CFII add on.  I'm looking at the "addition of instrument instructor rating" chart in the PTS and it shows the tasks that are required based on my existing CFI-A

I thought it was pretty straight forward but it seems to conflict or at least not correspond exactly to the notes for each "area of operation".  Here is an example.  According to the chart for section II it requires me to perform tasks A & C.  However, when I flip to section II in the PTS it requires me to demonstrate tasks A, D, and at least one other task.  This seems to be contradictory to me.

Anybody have some insight for me?

“demonstrate tasks A, D, and at least one other task” is for an initial CFI-I.

It is the same with all the add-ons (and CFI renewal/reinstatement, and IPC for the instrument rating). The body of the PTS/ACS is what is required to obtain initially. The tables show a lesser amount for those who already have something.
