I am working on a plan to start a Flying School in India. Basically it is for Commercial Pilots CPL/ATPL course. We have a domestic airport in close vicinity of my city.
I am looking for the ACTUAL business plan so as to work on the financials. Kindly send me your suggestions on this venture.
