    I don’t really understand what you are asking but for what I can tell for the question asking closest groundspeed the answer is 174kt (if you are doing 29 miles in ten minutes then you will do 29 miles * 6 in 60 minutes = 174).
    for the last one I wont even calculate the answer has to be b) GS 119 HDG 189 because it is the only one that makes sense (to maintain a track of 180 with a wind from the west you will need a southwesterly correction, and the only answer that falls in that category is 189 degrees).
