    I assume you mean “what constitutes a runway environment at a non-towered airport”.  In that case, the runway markings will be a little less pronounced, depending upon the type of approach the airport is served by.  However, a little common sense will still give you the answer.  Anything that uniquely identifies it as a runway environment, including striping, lights, vasi, papi and any or all visual clues unique to a runway will be adequate to break out from the MDA/DA restricted height to continue the approach to landing.
