C.A.M.E.L.S. – what does this mean, – a pre-manuver checklist? (multi / commercial)

Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor

My instructor told me what she thought it meant, but I didn't get it written down before we were off talking about something else.  Anyone know?  It is printed at the beginning of all the manuver outlines for slow flight, power on / off stalls, etc.

Asked my instructor this morning, and it stands for:

C.onfiguration (clean / dirty for manuver)
A.irspeed for entry ( manuvering speed by default)
M.in Safe Alt to perform the manuver
    E. ?? (I wrote it down in my flying notebook, which is out in the car, thought I would rememebr it, but this one escapes me)
L.anding Options (in case things go bad)
    S.can Area (clearing turns)

PERFORM MANUVER!  I think that it is something that the CFI committe at my flight school has built into all the manuver flows, and not something widely circulated.
    Thanks!
