Inoperative lighting for gps approach

Does an inoperative precision approach path indictor (PAPI) affect RNAV gps minimums for the same runway?

    It doesn’t affect minimums, but an operational PAPI may be required when the PAPI is used in lieu of obstruction lighting and if not available the approach may be NA at night.
