Hi! I have a US ATP with Multi Engine instrument rating but it was done in 1993, my IR rating is expired. Presently I am an Airline Pilot flying Airbus 350. How can I renew my Instrument rating

    An ATP does not require an “instrument rating” per se. Even if you did have an instrument rating on a commercial certificate, it would never expire, just as your ATP certificate never expires. What does happen is that you may go out of currency, but you can get back in currency by doing various tasks. However, your airline is no doubt tracking all of your currency and training requirements and it is nothing you should have to be concerned about.
