Tailwheel endorsement to teach CFII?
Asked by: pmollette 2862 views FAA Regulations, Flight Instructor, Instrument Rating
A potential student owns a tailwheel airplane. He is properly endorsed and rated in the airplane, and he is seeking his CFII Rating. I do not have a Tailwheel endorsement, so will I legally be allowed to give him dual in a tailwheel towards his CFII Rating? Or do I legally have to get my tailwheel endorsement To teach in the plane? Want to double check, because I’m not giving dual for a tailwheel endorsement, but a rating that isn’t tailwheel specific.
Thanks
