I recently busted the oral portion of the initial CFI practical. Is it possible to rebut a Notice of Disapproval? I have never experienced a practical test like this one; some things seem off... I am actively researching the answer but figured it would not hurt to ask around here.
Also, if the Notice of Disapproval can be overturned so to speak, what are the legalities of a refund?
