Is this a chart error?

http://155.178.201.160/d-tpp/1702/06943R31.PDF (RNAV GPS RWY 31, BHK)

The pilot note section says "For uncompensated Baro-VNAV systems, LNAV/VNAV NA below 54 degree or above -27 degree." I once saw on this website a FAA site where I could report an error in a chart, but I don't remember.

    I don‘t know if it is an error or not, but on the back of the front cover of both the Chart Supplement and the Terminal Procedures booklets they have an email address for reporting errors, changes, additions, and recommendations to the Aeronautical Information Service

    That is very clearly a chart error, someone got those two values reversed most likely.

    Good catch!

    Please report it to the FAA via the link John mentions.

    (He has a typo in the email-address, it should be 9-AMC-Aerochart@faa.gov)
