Cessna 172S Yoke Clips

Asked by: 3144 views General Aviation

Hey everyone, My flying club has a 172S built in 2003 which has a metallic yoke clip on the left yoke and a floor cockpit organizer between the two front seats, both factory installed. I tried looking through the 172S TCDS as well as the W&B equipment list and I can't figure out what the P/N for these two accessories are. The actual parts on the airplane we have aren't marked. I've also tried some google searches using terms like "172S yoke clip" and the like and have come up empty so far.   The reason I'm curious is I'm looking to procure more of these for some of our other aircraft, not just limited to 172s (We have a couple 150s, 182s and a 210 amongst others). Any thoughts/ideas?

    Matthew,

I would look in the parts manual for your aircraft. If you don’t have a parts manual, you can usually buy one on ebay or ask a maintenance shop if they can lookup the part and order it for you.

    There are two organizers.
P/N CJ1036 has the holder for the sampler at the side
    P/N CJ1089-01 in line.

For the P/Ns of the map clips, refer to page 27-10-00 of the illustrated parts manual.
