After passing overhead an NDB and commencing the published instrument approach which includes a reversal procedure what are the tracking tolerances on the outbound leg of the approach within which the aircraft must be established prior to commencement of any descend :

    What country are you talking about? The US doesn’t have a specific numerical tolerance on what it means to be “established”. Other ICAO countries do.
