SBT Scenario based training

I'm a CFI looking for resources for Scenario based questions.

Does anyone know of a database that lists multiple questions like this?

Sure would be helpful for preparing students to be ready for a check ride. Hard for me to come up with them off the top of my head.

Thanks!

Go through the NTSB accident data base for the aircraft you are flying and the different stages. Try to incorporate these scenarios into training.
