FAA Regulations, Student Pilot

I am a soloed student pilot, with around 50 hours in a C172. I hold a class 3 medical, which I obtained before I started flying months ago. Today, I had an incident where I fainted while presenting a project during a school class. Considering it "self inflicted" (lack of sleep, dehydration, stage fright, etc.), where do I go from here? Am I required to talk to my AME, or can I continue flying as soon as myself and CFI feel safe to do so? It was an isolated incident, and I have no history of genetic epilepsy or diabetes in the family.
