CFI & CFII preperation

Asked by: 3678 views Flight Instructor

What is the best way to get prepared as soon as posible for the CFI/CFII? I have downloaded some study materials from the FAA websites but if I have to read them page by page, it will be very time consuming and takes very long time. Please guide me to the easiest & quickest way to get prepared without wasting too much time. I just need to pass the written tests and the oral and then later (after obtaining the ratings) study the material in-depth. Thank you

So you want to get the ratings and *then* learn the material? Forgive me, but you sound like a danger to your students.

No, you need to learn the material in-depth to be able to pass the tests and teach your students to be safe pilots. Can you tell me what airspace you occupy, so I can avoid the danger?

Nobody will pass the writtens, the oral, and the practical without having the required knowledge for the rating sought. What i meant, in my quation, is for the experienced instructors to advise me of the PRIMARY meterials I must read without wasting time on secondary materials.
