Helicopter Instrument written test to Fixed wing Instrument test

I already have a  SEL Fixed wing PP and Helicopter PP, Instrument rating. My question is do i have to take the written test again for my Fixed wing Instrument rating? Thanks for any help.

    See 61.65 (a)(7). You are not required to take another knowledge test, as you already hold an instrument rating.

    (7) Pass the required knowledge test on the aeronautical knowledge areas of paragraph (b) of this section; however, an applicant is not required to take another knowledge test when that person already holds an instrument rating; and
